Personally I go through a box of exoticas about every week or so, though those are slightly smaller boxes than the CH coals. That's if you're smoking a couple hours each day. mattarios2 Posted December 23, 2008 Share Posted December 23, 2008 I believe that is what he is saying, I smoke 1 round of coals a day and feel awesome, I remember reading somewhere light(1 hour or less or something like that) and medium hookah (2.5 hours or less, these are just off memory) users CEA levels and other tests showed very low effects but right when you pass the medium user and move into the high level user (i think it was 3 hours or more a day) all the stats for CEA levels etc. sky rocketed.Just some food for thought. I think it def. has an effect on your body but if you are reasonable with it, it will be reasonable with you. I don't smoke 5 rounds of coals a night like many people here on the forums do, and obviously I am not knocking them, they can smoke however much they like, I just feel like after 45min-1hr is enough for me. I get a lot more respriratory infections. Hell in Nov. I had Pneumonia. in december a chest cold, lets face it, steady and daily hookah smoking is NOT good for your health.
